Sara Mooney Faculty

Willis Baughman, St. Francis School of Law

Professor Sara Mooney has practiced for 14 years in the areas of real estate and real estate finance with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.   Her experience includes leasing, construction contracts, and other agreements related to the acquisition of housing, apartments, nursing homes and other multifamily projects, as well as real estate finance, including mortgages, loan agreements and refinancing.

Prof. Mooney has mentored law students and new attorneys, and has provided training on topics ranging from various HUD programs to soft skills such as negotiation and time management.

She is a 2012 graduate of the Excellence in Government Fellows program, and a former Presidential Management Intern.
