Professor Aaron Gershonowitz

Professor Aaron Gershonowitz practices in the areas of environmental law, land use, and zoning, including Superfund matters, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) compliance, underground storage tank issues, asbestos in buildings, and environmental aspects of real estate and corporate transactions. He also represents military contractors with regard to closure of facilities and negotiations with the U. S. Government and other local governmental agencies.

Gershonowitz has taught at University of Chicago Law School and Western New England Law School.
