Refund, Cancellation, And Withdrawal
Enrollee agrees to pay St. Francis the total tuition and fees described in the enrollment agreement. The non-refundable application fee is $55.
The current total tuition for the 2017-2018 academic year (52 weeks) is $10,000. Tuition is payable as follows: $2,500 for the Spring 2017 quarter; $2,500 for the Summer 2017 quarter; $2,500 for the Fall 2017 quarter; and $2,500 for the Winter 2018 quarter.
Tuition for the 2017-2018 academic year will be $10,000. Tuition and fees for subsequent years may be subject to change.
If Enrollee fails to make a scheduled tuition payment by the first day of the quarter, St. Francis reserves the right to cancel the Enrollment Agreement.
A bookkeeping fee of $30.00 will be charged for returned checks.
Enrollee may cancel or withdraw from St. Francis at any time and in any manner. To cancel or withdraw from the J.D. program, Enrollee may e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com, or give notice by telephone to the phone number set forth in the Enrollment Agreement or by postal mail to the address set forth in the Enrollment Agreement, or give notice by any other means reasonably calculated to provide such notice to St. Francis.
If Enrollee withdraws or cancels enrollment within 5 days of the date the Enrollment Agreement was signed, Enrollee is entitled to a full (100%) refund of all monies paid other than the non-refundable application fee of $55. If Enrollee cancels or withdraws after 5 days from the date the Enrollment Agreement is signed, Enrollee will receive a full refund for any sessions that were not started at the time of the withdrawal or cancellation, other than the non-refundable application fee of $55, and a partial refund for courses Enrollee started, based on the following schedule:

All refunds are paid or credited to the credit card used for payment within 30 days. No refunds will be made in cash.
