Cathy Iles

Cathy Iles is a thirty-year (30) attorney whose practice has been limited to family law and its related issues for over 20 years. The first several years of practice were spent practicing law in regional and national firms representing both debtor and creditor interests in all aspects of Chapter 11 Reorganization cases and in a debtor turnaround capacity. Ms. Iles graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona College of Law (1993) where she was a publishing member of the Arizona Law Review, a member of Order of the Coif, and named to the Dean’s List in every semester of her law school attendance. Ms. Iles also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University from which she graduated in 1989.

Ms. Iles’ decades of family-law experience and academic accomplishments ensure her expertise in California Community Property law where her extensive commercial practice background provides her comprehensive understanding and application of all related financial issues. Ms. Iles is passionate about providing exceptional, empathetic, service to her clients during the challenging family-law process, and she is passionate about providing education and mentorship to students and young lawyers regarding the arena in which she practices.

Ms. Iles is licensed in California. Ms. Iles currently teaches Community Property.
