Craig E. Yaris
Craig E. Yaris focuses his practice on business law, corporate governance, franchising, and alternative dispute resolution. As the Founding Partner of Holon Law Partners, he works with clients across a wide range of industries, providing guidance on contract development, licensing, privacy planning, and trademark strategy. Craig has more than twenty-five years of legal experience and has held senior leadership roles in both the education and franchising sectors, where he oversaw legal operations, compliance, and business development.
In addition to his practice, Craig teaches business, humanities, and political science courses at several universities, including online and hybrid programs. His teaching draws on extensive practical experience and emphasizes sound legal reasoning, communication skills, and the relationship between law and business decision-making. He is a member in good standing of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
Craig holds a J.D. from New England Law – Boston and a B.A. in Sociology and Public Justice from the State University of New York at Oswego.
He is admitted in New York and resides in West Palm Beach, Florida.
