Samir Hakim

Sam is an experienced litigator who counsels individual and commercial clients in state and federal courts, focusing on business/commercial, real estate, intellectual property, and probate disputes. In addition to his litigation practice, he advises clients on estate planning and represents them in filings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

A graduate of the UCLA School of Law, Sam served as an Articles Editor for the UCLA Law Review and externed for Judge André Birotte Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He is committed to fostering a dynamic learning environment that bridges practical legal experience with academic instruction.
