Link Shrader

Professor Schrader served as an air traffic controller and water safety survival instructor in the U.S. Marine Corps before beginning his teaching and legal career. For ten years he taught both public and nonpublic K-12 schools for students with learning and emotional disabilities. He attended law school while serving as the special education coordinator of a large high school in Los Angeles.
Upon graduation from law school and passing the California bar exam in 2008, Professor Schrader started a solo bankruptcy practice throughout Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego Counties. In addition to numerous Chapter 7 and 13 cases, Professor Schrader has confirmed Chapter 11 cases for businesses and individuals in the Central and Southern Districts of California and is a longtime member of the Central District Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney Association. In 2014, he was admitted to the Missouri Bar where he practiced criminal law for several years. He now lives and practices from Orange County, California, in a solo practice that has expanded into the areas of condo law and estate planning.
