Mark West

Mark West is a practicing litigation attorney with 30 years’ experience. Mr. West spent the first 16 years of his legal career at the Law Offices of Ned Good practicing primarily in the personal injury field, including wrongful death, medical malpractice, automobile accidents, trucking and aviation accidents. Mr. West then opened his own law firm, the Law Offices of Mark West, where he continues to litigate personal injury and wrongful death actions. He has broadened his practice to include business litigation, probate litigation and landlord tenant litigation. During his practice, Mr. West has been successful in many Civil Writ Petitions with the California Courts of Appeal, including one which led to an article he published “Fast Track Litigation does not mean Driving the train off the tracks.”

Mr. West is a member of the California Bar, is admitted to practice in all courts of the California Court system, all District Courts in California, the Ninth Circuit Federal Appeal Court as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. He has been admitted pro hac vice to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, for the U.S. District Court for the State of Minnesota as well as the U.S. District Court of Nevada.

Mr. West has taught at various levels on subjects in Legal Issues and Ethics for Business, Paralegal Studies and Human Resource Management. In addition, he has taught Mandatory Continuing Education for the Bar courses since about 1996.
