Trueby Bodiford

Professor Bodiford has over 21 years of professional experience, the majority of which she spent in public sector contracts and procurement, negotiating high value strategic contracts for the State of Florida. Holding positions such as Chief of Administrative Services for the Division of Disability Determinations and Chief of Procurement for the FL Department of Corrections, Professor Bodiford excels in both business operations and public management. She holds her Certificate in Public Management (CPM) from Florida State University, is a Project Management Professional (PMP), and was selected to participate in Harvard School of Law’s Program on Negotiation Master Class in 2020. After moving to California with her family, Professor Bodiford ventured into the private sector, and currently manages the Contracts Team at Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where she also serves as an attorney on the MLR review committee for advertisement and promotional materials and supports Arrowhead’s compliance program.
