W. Michael Kilgore

Professor Kilgore has practiced law for approximately 12 years, in the areas of criminal law, civil litigation, and domestic and juvenile matters. For three years, he assisted in the prosecution of multi-count and multi-defendant trails for the Western Criminal Enforcement Section of the Department of Justice, Tax Division. He currently is lead counsel for all Middle-Tennessee cases for a law firm, litigating civil and criminal matters. Professor Kilgore was the recipient of “Spirit of Liberty” Award, bestowed by the faculty of the Liberty University School of Law. After graduation, he was an adjunct professor at that institution.
