Zachary Broughton is a Law Professor with extensive experience teaching online legal education in Legal Writing, Business Associations, Constitutional Law, Properly Law, Academic Success, and Bar Preparation. Upon graduating from law school, Professor Broughton served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Connecticut Appellate Court. Thereafter, Professor Broughton was an insurance defense attorney, where he represented and advised clients on matters pertaining to professional and personal liability, corporate governance, coverage requirements, business disruption, contract interpretation, etc. Today, Professor Broughton practices as a labor and employment and higher education attorney, advising university leaders on the many facets of law that impact higher education, including governance, compliance, risk management, collective bargaining, employment law, and more.
