St. Francis School of Law Professor Adam Lippe, Baltimore County Assistant State’s Attorney, sought the maximum sentence for former Baltimore Ravens defensive tackle Terrence Cody. Ultimately, the court sentenced Cody to nine months in jail on charges of animal cruelty. Commenting on the case PETA questioned “when will cruelty to animals, children, and women will be grounds to be chucked out of the game?”
Prof. Lippe teaches criminal law in the St. Francis first year program.
