St. Francis Graduate Recommends Liability for Information Security

Congratulations to Charles Wood, J.D., St. Francis School of Law class of 2016, on his forthcoming article Solving the Information Security & Privacy Crisis by Expanding the Scope of Top Management Personal Liability which will be published by the Notre Dame Law School Journal of Legislation.  The article focuses on reforming information security through imposition of liability based on theories of negligence and recklessness.
