St. Francis School of Law Professor Laura Jacobus followed up on her interview with DOJ compliance expert Hui Chen and the Chief of the DOJ Criminal Division Fraud Section, Andrew Weissmnan recently conducted an interview with Patrick Taylor, CEO of Oversight Systems, Patrick Quinlan, CEO of Convercent, and Gaurav Kapoor, COO of Metric Stream. Because DOJ emphasizes data driven compliance metrics, Prof. Jacobus is conducting a four part series of interviews with leaders of companies that sell compliance based products. Part one focuses on the role of metrics in compliance. Part two of the interview will zero in on lawyers and their comfort with data driven compliance analysis.
